We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at fillyourcupshop@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days under the EU cooling off period. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items as described above. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
